My name is Michaela Bolzan and I am the founder of Creative & Co.

I am a B.A. Honours (Drama) graduate from the University of Newcastle and the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) Playwright Studio.

In the months leading up to starting my own company, I chanced upon a quote by Pablo Picasso:

For many of us, once we become adults, we find ourselves in positions of responsibility and we suppress a lot of our creativity. I am fascinated by the creative process and now want to explore it in other people across a wide range of occupations. My aim is to discover their passions, learn from where they get their inspiration, and begin to understand their creative process.

Hopefully we can all learn how to tap into the inner creativity in us all.
